I misplaced my oyster at a crucial time where i was in a rush to go somewhere. I then borrowed my brothers oyster jsut because where i was going was 3 stops then i could sort out my issue with my oyster from there. Unluckily literally on the first stop i got on the ticket inspector happens to be on and i explained to him the issue. He didnt really care and decided to book me and i accepted the fact i might get a fine and thats it.
ReplyDeleteI then get a later today saying they want to charge me for fare evasion and im literally in shock,i have no convictions, ni run ins with the police, i havent fare evaded before and they are going as far to charge me.
Anyways the ketter they sent was supposed to be delivered on the 15th but i guess only arrived today, this means the original 21 days you have to respond becomes 10 for me and im really worried about the outcome.
Jave you got any advice for first time offences
