    I got caught using my brothers 11-15 oyster card on November and I have just turned 18 and normally use 16-18 oyster card. i was wearing his jacket so i mistakenly took out his oyster and tapped in, i then got scared just in case someone saw me tapping it so i checked my pockets to look for mine but the inspector saw me and took my brother's oyster card. i had to go college that day since i had an exam so i didn't want to show my oyster card just incase he would take it, he took my details and told me they would send me a letter. i asked him what will happen and he said he doesn't know they might fine me or take me to court it is up to them... i received a letter saying how I should explain what has happened and write my name on the paper so i did... i forgot to write the 12 digit number from the oyster card i used so they sent me a letter asking for it so they could investigate future, should i give it to them? and if they don't have it can the case continue? what is going to happen to me? I'm supposed to be going to University next year and I can't go with a criminal record??? please help me, please.
